Defining the site's cost isn't a simple task. We comprehensively evaluate site SEO, website traffic (quantity, source, geography) and make approximate conclusions about the website's cost. Special attention is paid not only to the current site's cost but to the growth (or decline) dynamic of the resource.
There are many factors that determine the "worth" of a site. The cost of a site would be how much it costs to run it. The worth of a site is determined mainly by how much revenue the site is bringing in. Other factors would include how much traffic the site is bringing in on a monthly basis, email subscribers if any, the search engine positioning for certain keywords, etc.
The SmartViper SEO Score is the site's index which shows how friendly your site is to search engines. The more subsidiary tags your site has; the more meta tags are filled; the more and qualitative the external links are to your site; the higher the SmartViper SEO score is.
The SmartViper SEO Score is measured in percentage terms, and 100% is the highest rating given to a site.

Dollar rises against yen amid Japan political uncertainty

The dollar rose against the yen in Asia on Thursday, rebounding from overnight falls amid political uncertainty in Japan, analysts said. The dollar rose to 81.31 yen in Tokyo morning trade from 80.92 yen in New York late Wednesday. The greenback fell below 81.00 yen to hit its lowest level in two weeks in New York as weak jobs and manufacturing data sparked concerns over US economic outlooks. The dollar rebounded in Asia despite lower stock prices. "The dollar turned up in an autonomous reaction to the overnight falls. It also gained support due to the shaky political situation in Japan," said Mizuho Corporate Bank market economist Daisuke Karakama. "Lower stock prices usually spawn risk aversion and lead to yen buying. Given the earthquake, nuclear crisis and now this political shake up, however, the currency of such a country can hardly attract buying," he said.
Japanese Prime Minister Naoto, already struggling with recovery efforts after the earthquake and tsunami in March that sparked a nuclear crisis, faces a no-confidence vote on Thursday. A sizeable revolt is expected from his own party, leaving the result balanced on a knife edge. If Kan lost the vote he would have to resign or call fresh elections. The euro was mostly flat against the dollar in Tokyo, buying $1.4353 against $1.4331 in New York on Wednesday when the single currency took a beating as news of Moody's downgrade of Greek debt hit the market.

The Niagara Escarpment

We went up on the “mountain” today, as it is known in Hamilton. It’s not really a mountain at all, but an escarpment, not that it makes much difference. It’s part of the Niagara Escarpment, a very interesting geologic formation. Here’s a nice panorama shot that I got with the Olympus SP-590UZ. It has two modes of stitching together a panorama automatically in the camera. Both work a treat
The above is a much better panorama than my first attempt a year ago. However, it does have a couple of imperfections in the sky. I’ll probably stick to individual exposures and merging them in Photoshop for serious panoramas. You can’t miss the fact that Hamilton is a steel town
Though some say it was once hell on earth, today the air is much cleaner. I bet that most of the clean up was not the idea of the steel producers. Ah, well, that’s life:
Some people won’t change their habits unless politely asked to do so. Hamilton is about 70 kilometres from Toronto. Here’s a beautiful example of the treasures built into the Olympus SP-590UZ 26x optical zoom lens. It’s not the sharpest lens in the world, but it lets an amateur with a good eye take some mind-blowing shots:

226TH BIRTHDAY OF JOHN JAMES AUDUBON BIRDS PAINTINGS BIRDS STAMP JOHN JAMES AUDUBON WILD LIFE RESEARCH

Early life
Audubon was born in the Les Cayes in the French colony of Saint Domingue on his father’s sugar plantation. He was the illegitimate son of Lieutenant Jean Audubon, a French naval officer (and privateer), and his mistress Jeanne Rabin, a chambermaid recently arrived from France. They named the boy Jean Rabin. His mother died when the boy was a few months old, as she had suffered from tropical diseases since arriving on the island. His father already had two mixed race children by his mulattohousekeeper, Sanitte, and he took up with her again and had another daughter following Jeanne Rabin’s death. Sanitte also took care of the infant boy Jean.

During the American Revolution, Jean Audubon was imprisoned by the British Empire. After his release, he helped the American cause. A slave rebellion in Saint-Domingue in 1788 convinced Jean Audubon to sell his holdings and return to France with his French son and infant mixed race daughter, who was very fair (she was the daughter of Sanitte). The boy was raised by his father and stepmother Anne Moynet Audubon in Nantes, France, who formally adopted both the children in 1794.They renamed the boyJean-Jacques Fougère Audubon. When Audubon at age 18 boarded ship for immigration to the United States in 1803, he changed his name to an anglicized form: John James Audubon.
Art and methods Audubon developed his own methods for drawing birds. First, he killed them using fine shot. He then used wires to prop them into a natural position, unlike the common method of many ornithologists, who prepared and stuffed the specimens into a rigid pose. When working on a major specimen like an eagle, he would spend up to four 15-hour days, preparing, studying, and drawing it. His paintings of birds are set true-to-life in their natural habitat. He often portrayed them as if caught in motion, especially feeding or hunting. This was in stark contrast to the stiff representations of birds by his contemporaries, such as Alexander Wilson. Audubon based his paintings on his extensive field observations.
He worked primarily with watercolor early on. He added colored chalk or pastel to add softness to feathers, especially those of owls and herons. He employed multiple layers of water coloring, and sometimes usedgouache. All species were drawn life size which accounts for the contorted poses of the larger birds as Audubon strove to fit them within the page size. Smaller species were usually placed on branches with berries, fruit, and flowers. He used several birds in a drawing to present all views of anatomy and wings. Larger birds were often placed in their ground habitat or perching on stumps. At times, as with woodpeckers, he combined several species on one page to offer contrasting features. He frequently depicted the birds’ nests and eggs, and occasionally natural predators, such as snakes. He usually illustrated male and female variations, and sometimes juveniles. In later drawings, Audubon used assistants to render the habitat for him. Going beyond faithful renderings of anatomy, Audubon employed carefully constructed composition, drama, and slightly exaggerated poses to achieve artistic as well as scientific effects.

PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS APPLICATIONS

PEB concept was originally conceived during the second half of the last century, nearly 70% of all single storey non-residential construction now utilizes Pre-Engineerd Buildings. Applications range from small car parking sheds through 100m (+) wide clear span aircraft hangars, low-rise multi-storey buildings. Almost every conceivable building use has been achieved using the Pre-Engineered Buildings approach.

The most common applications of Pre-Engineered Buildings are:

Because the clips on teardrop configurations can be quickly moved, the shelves can be easily adjusted to different heights to accommodate various load sizes. This is convenient for a warehouse that needs to store a wide variety of product sizes. Another advantage of selective pallet rack systems is the easy accessibility they provide to all products at all times. Such accessibility is important if the inventory is rapidly depleted and restocked (called quick turnover). A selective pallet rack system is commonly used in a “big-box” distribution application, as well as in retail store inventory rooms, cold storage applications, wholesale stores, etc.
Structural pallet rack systems are very similar to selective pallet rack systems, but the horizontal supports are attached to the uprights with bolts and often have an increased weight-bearing capacity. Also, structural pallet racking can be designed into the structure of the building itself, so that the upright columns are simultaneously used to support the roof of the storage facility, in which case the structural pallet rack uprights replace the storage building’s vertical support I-beams.
